Musical Theatre
Grade Range: Rising 6-12
Do you dream of singing and acting on a Broadway stage? Or perhaps just your school talent show? Then this camp is for you! Students will discover their individual talents and interests while exploring the basics of singing, dancing, and acting. Classes will tackle such fun themes as Broadway Classics, Blockbusters, Jukebox, and Rock/Pop Musicals. Musical Theatre classes will focus on the fundamental performing arts skills, emphasizing creative expression and fun! Camp runs from 10am-4pm M-F, with a final performance on Fridays around noon for friends and family at Studio 52; dismissal immediately following. ($350/wk, except for July 5th-8th when it is $300)

Week 6 (July 18th-22nd): Classical Movie Musicals (i.e. Singing in the Rain)
Week 7 (July 25th-29th): Modern Movie Musicals (i.e. High School Musical, Chicago)
Week 8 (August 1st-5th): Musical Reviews (I.e. Rodgers and Hammerstein)
