STUDIO 52 POLICIES
Under no circumstances can we enroll a student in a class who does not fit the age profile. The classes are designed for specific age groups and our adherence to this policy is part of what makes the class experience so successful for both our teachers and students.
Students are expected to attend every class. If they are going to be late or absent, they should notify their teacher via phone, text, or email as soon as possible.
We love to talk to our parents and always want to keep the lines of communication open. Please note that our teachers have very full teaching schedules and it can sometimes be difficult to chat between classes. Feel free to email us, call us, or make an appointment for a face to face meeting so we can give you our undivided attention.
Any student who misses more than two classes in a row will be dropped from the class. No refunds or credits will be given to students who are dropped for poor attendance.
Any student account that is not paid in full by the payment deadline will not be permitted to participate in classes or shows at either Studio 52 or Flat Rock Playhouse. Likewise, any student with an outstanding balance will not be permitted to audition or register for classes at Studio 52 or Flat Rock Playhouse.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If the student withdraws from a class at least 7 days prior to the start of class, a full refund will be given minus a $25 cancellation fee.
